SkinDoctors Skincare Range - full refund of cost of product only guaranteed providing following criteria fulfilled:

·          The item is returned (to address below) with covering letter*. We do not refund shipping cost for delivery or returns.

All other products - to qualify for a full refund the following criteria must be fulfilled:

·          the item must be returned, within 14 days, unused and in their original condition and packaging with covering letter*.  Otherwise a credit note (with a time limit) or partial refund will be awarded. Shipping costs are not refunded for delivery or returns. Exceptions to this rule are Facial Flex and Facial Flex bands** .

Packing Error, administration error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days. This includes the cost to you to return the item but not the original shipping/P&P cost.  Covering letter required*. 

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days to be eligible for a partial refund. Covering letter required*.All incorrectly ordered goods or unwanted products are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Returns due to non delivery, ie where the postal sytem in your area has attempted delivery but you were not in to accept parcel, and subsequently the item has been returned to us. In these instances the cost of the products only will be refunded back to your card, we reserve the right to withhold cost of postage and packing/shipping**. Most other website companies apply a restocking charge but we do not operate that policy.

* covering letters require following information, customers name & address, email address, order number, reason for return.

**Manager's decision on returned items is final.

These policies do not affect your consumer rights in the UK.
