Tip : Begin exercising with elastic Nr. 1. Continue with elastic Nr. 2 (best suited for women). When well trained, work with two elastics Nr 1 on the device or with elastic Nr. 3.

Facial-Flex : the training session
Position the Facial-Flex ® horizontally between your lips, resting the plastic end pieces in the corner of your mouth. The large part of the plastic end piece goes inside the mouth and the small part stays outside. Press the corner of your lips against the resistance of the elastic band. Maintain the contraction for 1 to 2 seconds Release and start again. Exercise progressively and at your own pace. Start with 30 to 40 contractions and increase this number little by little. The aim is a working session of 2 minutes, i.e. +/- 120 contractions, twice a day.
How to achieve a good result, or the rule of "2"
In order to achieve a good result, it is necessary to use Facial-Flex regularly over a certain period of time. The recommended attack treatment is 2 minutes, 2 times a day during 2 to 4 months. How long does it take to achieve a result ?
